The guaranteed to be refunded
The translator is a faithful reproducer of the content of a text from an A-language to a B-language. He has neither the competence nor the authority to correct a document and is therefore not responsible for errors and/or omissions in the original text. If he has a well-founded suspicion that the text contains obvious inconsistencies and/or gross errors, he may ask the client to check the original text. In any case, he shall be indemnified from blame and liability if the translated text faithfully reflects the content of the original text.
The customer will be refunded the agreed price in case of incorrect translation and/or not faithful to the original text.
